"PSA: Do not come if you are allergic to dogs! First of all I had switched to this state farm because its close to my job and easier for me to get to since i like to go ask any questions in person or overall add any additional cars or get other quotes - rather than wait to get a call back. The first time I went there was no dog but did realize I started getting alergies and on my way home did not know why i was getting my eyes all puffy and itchy UNTIL the next time I went back just a few days later I see there's a dog there! I asked Harry who helps me with my business insurance and all my needs and he just tells me then that yes they do have a dog who is there most of the time!! It is unfortunate that they do and don't think of any customers who may be allergic to dogs. Sorry but I'll have to be returning back to my old state farm"

"Worse insurance company ever , I was it’s State Farm for two years I wanted to lower my rate because I was paying near $500 month for two vehicles which is insane !! I called to remove full coverage on vehicles to get a lower bill but I noticed my bill wants going down it was the same two weeks later I received a letter stating that my policy is suspended 😨 why ??? I don’t know . The rep suspended my policy instead of removing collision and comprehensive coverage. I called to complain they said no worries pretend it never happened since you never requested the suspension but far days later my bill went up by $200 so now it’s $648 a month . I freaked out and when I called they said they added $200 per month for the next three months for a suspension fee . They suspended my policy mistakenly and then charged my a fee to remove the suspension how does that make any sense?????? Worse company ever !!!!!!!! Please don’t fall into their trap"
